The question really is: How much do you want to make?
You can earn up to $1000 per referral and there's no limit on how much money you can make! We pay from $100 to $1000 for each house you refer to us that we buy. It's that simple!

What Do I Have To Do?
Simply provide us with leads for properties. While you're driving to work, walking the neighborhood, or running errands, keep your eyes open for signs. Send us a list of houses that are For Sale By Owner (FSBO), For Rent By Owner (FRBO) or vacant. It's that easy!

How Do I Get Started?
To get started now, simply follow the 4-Step Process outlined below:

1. Register With Us
Complete our simple Cash Reward Program Registration Form. You must register with us so we will know how to match up the lead with your information. Once you register we will send you information on how you can immediately start collecting checks for each referral you send us.
Please note, once payouts exceed $600 per calendar year, we will issue a 1099 IRS Form as required by law.

2. Locate Leads
Find houses that are For Sale By Owner, For Rent by Owner or vacant. Remember, we buy houses in any area, condition or price range. Ugly, run-down houses don't bother us.

3. Refer Leads to Us
Submit our simple Cash Reward Referral Form. Unless we already have the same address(es) in our database, we will "assign" your name to that lead(s) and if we buy the house(s), you get paid. The referral form will be provided to you after you are registered.

4. Get Paid!
Checks will be mailed (to the address you provided) shortly after we close on a house. Sometimes you may even receive a surprise check many months after submitting your leads. Once a lead is assigned to your name, it stays in our database until we buy the house or someone else does.
